Job description:

  1. Follow EHS&S rules, policies and expectations.
  2. Follow TA Work Processes.
  3. Organizes schedule integration meetings with stakeholders and contractors.
  4. Provides Schedule status update in all TA phases; pre, main, post activities.
  5. Develops, implements, use and monitor P2P TA schedule, pre-SD, Main SD, Post SD schedules and provide warnings on deviations.
  6. Develops, implements schedule reporting TA templates and TA schedule layouts.
  7. Sets and Reviews parameters for and Lead forecasting of required resources based on critical path analysis

Responsibilities:

  1. Identifies and implements resource leveraging and optimization opportunities.
  2. Assist TA Manager in organising TA planning and execution.
  3. Resolves any issues on scheduling process internally and externally.
  4. Coaches planners and schedulers to ensure consistency, completeness and accuracy of all planned jobs related to the timeline.
  5. Guides and coaches all schedulers assigned to the same TA team(s) as himself.
  6. Accountable for schedulers team output and overall TA integrated schedule.
  7. Organizes and lead progress feedback
  8. Reviews add-on jobs for implementation consequences.
  9. Provides accurate feedback during critique meetings.
  10. Take part in gate reviews.
  11. Any other action to assure and execute a successful Turnaround integrated schedule

Qualifications / Experience:

Two-year associate’s Technical Degree

Education:

 Minimum 10  years as a Turnaround Lead Scheduler
